2024-2025 Automatic Deliveries Agreement

We use a fuel energy management system based on the weather and estimates of your fuel consumption to determine your delivery schedule. There is no need to phone in your order, we automatically have a driver come and fill your tank.

You will be purchasing the fuel at the market price at the time of delivery, or the locked in price (lock in offered for propane only), if you chose to participate in our pre-purchase program.

Changes to the household can affect the consumption of heating oil and/or propane.
Important factors that can affect your usage could be, children leaving for school, long-term guests, extended vacation, renovations, energy upgrades or moving. Please contact us to let us know about any changes that would affect your usage. This will ensure that you stay warm this winter season.

If you wish to be on automatic deliveries for the 2024-2025 heating season, please fill in all the information below before September 20th, 2024.

If you no longer wish to be part of our automatic delivery program, please fill in your information, and select that option on page two.

Please note: All tank maintenance, repairs and yearly service are the responsibility of the tank owner.

Confirmation and Submission

This will be deemed a binding contract, and any/all answers, selections, changes or updates, as included in these electronic forms, will be applied to your account.

Once submitted, if you need to make any changes, please do not submit the form again, but contact the office directly.
