As a FUELS propane customer, we are pleased to offer you the option to lock in a specified volume of propane at a guaranteed price. If you do not wish to lock in at a guaranteed rate, you will be purchasing propane at the market price at the time of delivery.

In the past, we have postal mailed out 2 part carbon forms for your lock-in contract each year, but we have been replacing those with online services since 2022.
You will not receive any paper options in the mail this year.

Terms & Conditions of Guaranteed Price and Volume
1. You must specify a volume that you agree to purchase at the guaranteed price. Volumes available to guarantee are only by quantities of 1000 or 5000 litres, as below.
2. Total volume agreed upon must be purchased between October 1, 2024 and April 30, 2025.
3. If you do not use the guaranteed volume, you must purchase the outstanding propane at the guaranteed price by the later date in #2 above.
  For example, if a customer pre-purchases 2,000 litres at a guaranteed price (lock-in rate) but only uses 1,000 litres between the dates in #2, the customer must purchase the outstanding 1,000 litres without receiving the propane.
4. If you require more propane than what was pre-purchased, you are welcome to purchase excess volume at the market price at the time of delivery.
5. Guaranteed litres of propane pre-purchased under this agreement are non-transferrable.
